Why Are Reviews Important? Posting a short review only takes a couple minutes. Without a continuously increasing number of online reviews, the algorithmic ranking systems at online bookstores will not display a book prominently to their visitors. That means the book can’t make a positive impact without a continuous stream of online reviews. Reviews on Amazon make the biggest impact so that’s where most reviews are focused, but reviews on Goodreads and LibraryThing are also appreciated because those sites attract readers, too. If you like the book, please consider leaving a thoughtful review at one or more of the following sites.
