Dear Google,
Eanfar.org has ranked in the top-3 search results for many months for several keywords. Then suddenly beginning a few days ago, the site does not appear anywhere in your search results (not even for my own name) and the Search Analytics “Position” rank is “~” (a null value). Eanfar.org is a professional and high-quality site with no ads, no spam, and no technical problems whatsoever. I’ve examined every conceivable aspect of the website, including all of the following major factors that influence search ranking (according to Matt Cutts, the Head of Google’s Web Spam Team):
Advertising: There are no ads on the site. It’s purely for education, my own books, and scholarship.
Content Value: All my articles are unique, nonpartisan, and based on serious scholarship and research.
Page Layout: The site layout is clean and crawler-friendly, which is also mobile-friendly.
Technical SEO: There are no crawler or URL errors in the Webmaster Tools console.
Internal Links: Every page has multiple relevant internal links to pages throughout the website.
Backlinks: There are a reasonable number of backlinks to the site and 0 spammy backlinks that I’m aware of. And there are no warnings or “Manual Actions” in the Webmaster Tools console.
Affiliate Links: There are only a few affiliate links to my own highly rated book on Amazon.
Authority: The site ranked on the first page of search results for several keywords for many months until it was abruptly dropped this week.
Website Speed: Eanfar.org uses caching; so the site is as fast as it can be and loads faster than most other websites.
So, there is no logical reason for Eanfar.org to not be displayed on the first page of your search results for several keywords, especially my own name (“Ferris Eanfar”), but currently the site does not appear ANYWHERE in your search results. Why not?
Please help.
My best,
Ferris
